Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LoveMedia Foundation NPC, company registration number 2024/122569/08, trading through XMR.gives. Our address is Unit 1 Raddical Park, 3 Gourly Rd, Ballito, 4399, South Africa.

Current reward terms effective: 2 October 2026. By creating an account, connecting mining equipment, submitting work, requesting payment, or entering a raffle, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the published program rules.

2. Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, control every wallet you register, and be permitted to mine crypto assets and participate in the selected promotion where you live. You may not use the service where mining, crypto payments, or chance-based promotions are prohibited.

We may require reasonable identity, age, residency, wallet-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax, or source-of-funds checks before a payment where law or a provider requires them. A dashboard ticket does not override a legal disqualification.

3. The service

XMR.gives provides RandomX CPU and PearlPoW GPU Stratum routes, worker attribution, accepted-work tracking, PPS reward accounting, internal PEPE balances, manually reviewed PEPE withdrawals, raffle ticket records, independently supplied results, and Main-pool reference statistics. The optional proprietary PeakMiner GPU engine is downloaded directly from its publisher and applies its separately disclosed 2% developer fee.

Mining equipment performs RandomX, GhostRider, or PearlPoW work. XMR.gives forwards that work to unMineable where its mining value is converted and reported in PEPE. Users are not mining the PEPE Ethereum token directly. The website provides internal balance conversion and modeled promotional contracts; it does not provide investment advice, guarantee profit, or request wallet seed phrases or private keys.

The public Pool Stats pages remain an operational reference to the existing Monero Main pool. Those statistics are not the source of PEPE balances and do not prove the amount received by the upstream PEPE-conversion account.

4. Accounts, workers, and wallets

You must provide accurate information, keep your website password secure, and promptly correct an invalid payout wallet. Your mining username is the unique worker shown in the authenticated Connect page. It is not your wallet address or email address.

Public Stratum passwords are non-authenticating. They may be blank or contain any value, but must never contain your website password, wallet seed, private key, exchange password, or one-time code. Work submitted with an unknown or misspelled worker may be forwarded but cannot be assigned to an account.

PEPE withdrawals use the Ethereum/ERC-20 network. You are responsible for supplying an address that supports the correct PEPE token and network. Existing legacy XMR wallet data is retained only for historical records unless separately removed under applicable data-protection rights.

The desktop app may request Windows administrator approval at launch to allow the mining engine to use operating-system features such as large memory pages. Approval is optional because you may close the prompt and not run the app. Administrator access expands the impact of any software fault; download only from XMR.gives, verify the published file digest, and keep the mandatory updater enabled.

5. PPS mining and the 5% pool fee

All new mining work is accounted for under one PPS model. There is no PPLNS selection, minimum hashrate, six-hour qualifying clock, or continuous-session requirement for mining rewards. Accepted difficulty, rather than raw share count alone, determines each miner's proportion of a PEPE earnings batch.

The system polls unMineable for newly reported PEPE earnings. The initial verified balance is a baseline and is not credited again. Subsequent increases in balance plus cumulative paid are recorded once as AUTO DEPOSIT, subject to provider reporting latency. It first deducts a 5% pool fee from gross PEPE. The remaining 95% is divided among eligible accepted work in proportion to recorded difficulty. Each miner's difficulty-weighted selected raffle allocation is then deducted from that miner's PPS portion and recorded separately; only the resulting net is credited to the internal balance. Manual earnings loads are disabled while automatic monitoring is active.

Example: if 1,000,000 PEPE is loaded, 50,000 PEPE is the pool fee and 950,000 PEPE forms the PPS reward base. A miner representing 10% of accepted difficulty receives a 95,000 PEPE portion before raffle allocation. On the Weekly 5% route, 4,750 PEPE enters the raffle allocation and 90,250 PEPE is credited, subject to six-decimal ledger rounding.

Automatic earnings wait for eligible accepted work. After a six-decimal distribution, any remaining rounding dust enters the Gift of the Givers donation fund. Historical manual batches with no work allocated their post-fee remainder to that fund. The donation fund is separate from the 5% pool fee.

An accepted share proves work but does not itself establish a fixed PEPE amount. The amount becomes known only when a confirmed PEPE earnings batch is loaded. Hashrate estimates, accepted shares, upstream conversion rates, PEPE price, network conditions, and service availability can vary. Duplicate, stale, malformed, or rejected work receives no credit.

Cloud contracts, marketplace, and deposits

Flexible contracts cost USD 25 to 1,000, converted to PEPE using an authenticated five-minute price quote, for a selected 1 to 24 calendar months. Month-1 nominal capacity scales linearly from 25K at USD 25 to 200K at USD 250; above USD 250 it is 0.8K per USD, reaching 800K at USD 1,000. Each additional month after month 1 reduces starting capacity and the total daily Service Fee by 0.2% of their month-1 values, up to 4.6% at month 24. This linear reduction is fixed for the selected term. The reduced capacity is multiplied by 5,517 PEPE to calculate the daily fee, without a second discount. Prices, selected terms, and effective capacity are frozen for a linked top-up order. A successful purchase starts the calendar term; a marketplace transfer does not change it. Fixed packages are managed separately and their displayed terms are frozen per order.

Cloud Mining is a modeled, auditor-funded promotional contract, not rental of a physical miner, actual hashrate, or accepted-share submission. K means nominal RandomX kH/s. Displayed speed varies within 10% of nominal but does not increase rewards. Every 15-minute reward uses the current available unMineable estimate and spends a separately recorded Omni reserve. The 120% Output Ratio is a target before fees, not a promise. Returns can be lower, negative after costs, or unavailable.

Each package displays its purchase price, capacity, term, daily Service Fee and promotional target. Those contract terms are frozen for its order and contract. Service Fees are prepaid at purchase and subsequent 24-hour boundaries while output can be funded. Gross output also deducts the 5% pool fee and current published raffle allocation. Raffle fee changes apply prospectively: the fee at an interval's start applies to that interval, without changing completed credits. Funded intervals count toward the selected raffle's one-hour requirement and standard RandomX ticket progress, separately from upstream accepted shares and PPS weighting. Pool changes are limited to once every 24 hours.

SuperSpeed can be activated once per contract with at least one hour remaining, while output, fees, and estimates are active and the reserve covers the extra estimated output. It doubles nominal modeled capacity and estimated gross output for exactly one hour from activation, with no activation fee or increase in the daily Service Fee. Normal pool and raffle fees still apply. Rewards remain variable and reserve-funded. Paused intervals do not extend the boost, and selling the contract preserves its boost history and original expiry.

New sales require a funded reserve sufficient for estimated gross output through every active contract's remaining term at the current quote. This estimate can change; it is not a guarantee of future funding or output. Rewards pause for insufficient reserve, an unavailable or stale estimate, or insufficient balance for the Service Fee. Unfunded intervals are skipped without extending expiry or promising catch-up. Fees already paid for a day remain paid even if output pauses during it. No negative balance or automatic borrowing is permitted. Contracts are unlimited per user but subject to aggregate reserve availability.

Marketplace sellers choose a USD price, converted into a fixed PEPE price at listing. Suggested prices prorate the original purchase price over the remaining term and are not guarantees. Buyers inherit expiry, the pool-change cooldown, and future daily fees; transfers do not renew the term. No marketplace fee is currently charged.

If your balance is short when ordering a new cloud contract or a marketplace listing, checkout offers a linked Paymento top-up in USD. You choose a payment method offered by Paymento. After a server-verified, fully confirmed payment credits the fixed quoted PEPE amount once, the system attempts the authorized purchase. If sales or reserve availability changes, your balance is still insufficient, or a marketplace listing is sold or cancelled first, no contract is purchased and the credited PEPE remains in your internal wallet. Cancelling the automatic purchase does not cancel a payment already made. Checkout return information cannot authorize funds. Provider and network charges are displayed at the gateway. Deposits are not mining rewards or cloud reserve funding. Contact support about short-payments, overpayments, verification disputes, and any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

6. Balances, conversion, and PEPE payouts

An internal PEPE balance is an accounting liability, not an on-chain deposit account. Loading an earnings batch creates funded liabilities but does not broadcast a blockchain transaction. A payout is complete only after an external Ethereum transaction is broadcast and the administrator records its reference.

Unpaid XMR-denominated balances existing at the September 2026 cutover are converted once into PEPE using a recorded XMR/USD and PEPE/USD market snapshot. Each conversion stores the original XMR amount, PEPE amount, rate, source, and timestamp. Historical paid XMR and completed transaction records remain XMR history and are not credited a second time.

Direct withdrawals deduct a 3% withdrawal fee. Converting PEPE to BTC is an immediate internal account conversion: no BTC wallet is requested, a 1.5% conversion fee is deducted from PEPE, the live quote is recorded, and the resulting BTC is credited to the member's internal BTC balance. A later BTC withdrawal is a separate request that requires a Bitcoin mainnet wallet and deducts a 3% BTC withdrawal fee. Withdrawal amounts are reserved immediately and may be cancelled while pending. Once locked for processing, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled by the member. Rejection restores the complete reserved gross amount and records the administrator's emailed reason; completion records the external transaction reference and net amount delivered.

Network gas, exchange restrictions, token-contract support, custody, tax, declaration, and exchange-control obligations may still apply outside the application. We may introduce a minimum or network charge only prospectively after disclosing it before confirmation and where lawful.

7. Personal invitations and referral bonus

A linked desktop account may send a one-time personal invitation after the inviter confirms they have permission to contact the recipient. The recipient's name and email are used only to deliver and administer that invitation unless the recipient registers or separately consents to other messages. Invitations are rate-limited and may not be used for unsolicited bulk email.

The inviter receives a promotional 1,000 PEPE internal balance credit only when the invited person registers through the unique invitation, uses the invited email address, and submits a first accepted mining share. The bonus is funded by XMR.gives, is separate from PPS mining settlements, is granted once per qualifying invitation, and may be withheld or reversed for duplicate identities, self-referral, automated registration, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

8. Raffle rules

Raffle tickets are separate from PPS mining rewards. The four public routes use the same PPS accounting and 5% pool fee. Route choice determines both the draw entered and the published raffle allocation deducted from the miner's post-pool-fee PPS portion.

The current mining ticket targets are 300 share equivalents at 5 kH/s or below, 600 above 5 through 12 kH/s, and 1,000 above 12 kH/s, after at least 3,600 seconds of recorded physical or funded cloud mining time in that program round. Physical accepted shares each contribute one share equivalent. Cloud hash-seconds are divided by the published standard RandomX share difficulty. These requirements apply only to raffle tickets and do not delay PPS mining balance credits.

Tickets are unique seven-digit numbers. Check-in and promotional entries retain their displayed rules. An award archives earlier ticket sets for that raffle and opens an empty replacement on the published cadence. A scheduled catalogue transition requires awards for all designated current rounds first. The new Weekly cadence is seven days; Monthly and Ultra are one calendar month, clamped to month end. Existing prizes remain unchanged until that switch. Existing server addresses map to the closest new fee tier. Entries in unexported successor rounds are retained; historical accepted work, fees, frozen lists and completed prizes are not rewritten.

Omni Business Services externally selects one of the seven-digit tickets issued in the frozen round. The administrator records that exact ticket; no additional mining-time, share-count, wallet, or funding-proof condition is imposed at award time. The application does not perform the random selection. LoveMedia Foundation NPC administers the prize credit. The selected ticket, auditor, recording administrator, configured PEPE amount, displayed USD value, and timestamp are retained in the transaction history, and the winner is contacted using the registered email. Administrators may update a future draw's PEPE amount and USD display value manually; a completed award retains the values recorded at award time.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use malware, compromised equipment, stolen electricity, unauthorised cloud or rental accounts, denial-of-service traffic, protocol abuse, false identities, automated account creation, ticket manipulation, duplicate-share replay, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful source of mining power or funds.

We may reject invalid work, rate-limit traffic, block abusive addresses, preserve evidence, suspend affected accounts, and report suspected unlawful conduct.

10. Third parties, availability, and risk

Mining software, upstream services, exchanges, market-data sources, internet routes, power, RandomX rules, Monero, Ethereum, and PEPE may fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular hashrate, share rate, exchange value, conversion amount, payout time, or profitability.

Exchange logos or links identify places where PEPE market information or trading may be available. They do not mean the exchange sponsors, endorses, audits, or partners with XMR.gives. Availability depends on jurisdiction and account eligibility. PEPE is highly volatile and may lose substantial value.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is supplied with reasonable care and skill but otherwise on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for market-price movement, expected-profit loss, third-party failure, an incorrect wallet supplied by you, loss of keys, unauthorised equipment use, network congestion, or services outside our control.

Nothing excludes liability that applicable South African consumer law or another mandatory law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

12. Complaints and governing law

Submit disputes through Support with the account, timestamp, route, settlement, withdrawal, or ticket reference. Never submit wallet secrets. We will investigate the append-only ledger and technical records.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer forums and regulator jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt good-faith written resolution.

13. General

We may modify the service and these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting fees, reward formulas, promotions, privacy, or dispute rights will be published before taking effect and presented for renewed acceptance where required.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited only as necessary and the rest continues. These Terms and linked policies form the public agreement. Contact us through the support form.
