1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LoveMedia Foundation NPC, company registration number 2024/122569/08, trading through XMR.gives ("LoveMedia", "XMR.gives", "we", "us", or "our"). Our registered contact address is Unit 1 Raddical Park, 3 Gourly Rd, Ballito, 4399, South Africa.
By creating an account, connecting mining equipment, submitting work, entering a raffle program, or otherwise using the website or pool endpoints, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any program-specific rules published before entry. If you do not agree, do not register or connect mining equipment.
2. Eligibility and territorial restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, control the payout wallet you register, and be permitted under the laws of your location to mine crypto assets and participate in the selected program. You may not use the service while subject to applicable sanctions or from a territory where the service, crypto-asset mining, a chance-based promotion, or the required reward allocation is prohibited.
Raffle eligibility is additionally subject to applicable promotions, lotteries, gambling, consumer, tax, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions laws. A dashboard ticket does not override a legal disqualification. Directors, members, employees, agents, consultants, auditors, suppliers, and their immediate family members are excluded wherever applicable law requires that exclusion. We may require reasonable identity, age, residency, wallet-control, sanctions, or tax verification before a payout where legally required.
3. The service
XMR.gives provides account registration, Monero-compatible Stratum routes, accepted-work tracking, estimated mining statistics, an internal reward ledger, manual payout administration, raffle ticket records, and independently supplied result records. The service does not sell Monero, provide an exchange, give investment advice, guarantee mining profitability, or hold your wallet seed or private keys.
All mining rewards are first directed to the pool collection wallet. Your registered wallet is a payout destination only and must not be used as your Stratum worker name. You choose a unique worker identity during registration and must use the exact value shown in your dashboard. Worker names are case-insensitively unique and stored in lowercase. The Stratum password field is optional, ignored for attribution, and must never contain your website password or wallet secret. Work submitted under an unknown, misspelled, or unregistered worker may be forwarded but cannot be assigned to your account.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, maintain one account unless we approve otherwise, keep your password and wallet secure, and promptly update an incorrect payout address. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for checking your dashboard after changing a wallet. Never give us a seed phrase, private spend key, private view key, exchange password, or one-time authentication code.
We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or prevent damage to the pool. We will not confiscate a valid recorded balance merely because an account is suspended; lawful verification, set-off, forfeiture, or regulatory requirements may still apply.
5. Mining, shares, and reward accounting
Mining is probabilistic. Hashrate, accepted-share counts, difficulty, block observations, reward estimates, and timing can vary. An accepted share proves submitted work at a recorded difficulty; it does not guarantee a block, a fixed amount of XMR, a raffle win, or an immediate wallet payment.
When a confirmed mining reward reaches the collection wallet, an administrator records the gross amount and a unique source reference. The platform assigns that reward across then-unsettled accepted work in proportion to recorded difficulty, applies the published allocation for each route, and credits the resulting net amount to each participant's internal unpaid balance. Historic work that was not captured by the account ledger cannot be reconstructed solely from a current worker name.
The launch pool fee is currently 0%. Raffle allocations are separate from the pool fee. A changed fee or allocation applies only prospectively after clear publication; we do not apply newly announced rates retrospectively to already accepted work.
6. Balances, adjustments, and payouts
An unpaid balance is an internal accounting liability, not an on-chain balance and not a deposit account. A payment is complete only when a transaction has been broadcast through the stated payment method and receives the confirmations reasonably required by that network or provider. You are responsible for wallet compatibility, custody, backups, and network or exchange restrictions.
Payouts are reviewed and initiated manually. The minimum miner withdrawal is 0.003 XMR. Submitting a request immediately reserves its complete XMR amount from the available balance. You may cancel a pending request and recover the complete reservation until an administrator locks it for processing. A rejected request is restored in full. The application does not broadcast XMR or BTC transactions.
An XMR-wallet withdrawal currently has a promotional 0% fee for a limited time, so the destination receives the requested XMR less that displayed fee. A BTC-wallet request has a 15% coin-conversion fee deducted from the requested XMR. The remaining XMR value is converted externally at the rate available during processing. The final BTC quantity can therefore differ with price, spread, liquidity, network/provider charges included by the conversion channel, and execution time; the completed record states the actual BTC delivered and payment reference. The confirmation screen is authoritative for the fee applied to a new request.
We may change withdrawal methods or fees only prospectively after displaying the applicable rate before confirmation. We may make disclosed, itemised corrections for duplicate credits, invalid work, confirmed overpayments, agreed hardware or electricity costs, or other lawful account adjustments. Any deduction must appear in the ledger with a reason and may be disputed through support. Raffle allocations are applied automatically at the published route rate and are not refundable after valid work has entered an active round except where law or the published program rules require otherwise.
You are responsible for taxes, declarations, exchange controls, permits, and professional advice applicable to mining rewards and prizes. We may withhold or report amounts where legally required.
7. Raffle program rules
Each route is a separate program with its own allocation, entry method, ticket population, schedule, and prize tiers. Current published program parameters are:
| Program | Allocation | Ticket rule | Draw | Published prizes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly Raffle | 1% | 1 ticket per 100 standard-share equivalents | Friday 17:00 GMT+2 | 0.15 XMR |
| Standard Raffle | 20% | 1 ticket per 100 standard-share equivalents | Sunday 17:00 GMT+2 | 0.50 XMR |
| MAX | 40% | 1 ticket per 100 standard-share equivalents | Wednesday 17:00 GMT+2 | 0.80 XMR |
| All-In | 70% | 1 ticket per 100 standard-share equivalents | Thursday 17:00 GMT+2 | 2.00 XMR |
A participant must hold a valid ticket and have more than one hour of recorded mining-session time in that program's round. Tickets are unique seven-digit identifiers. One standard-share equivalent is 100,000 accepted difficulty. Mining work, including Weekly work on ports 3334 and 3335, advances an account's program accumulator only after upstream acceptance. A ticket is issued each time the published threshold is reached, and unused difficulty carries toward the next ticket within the round.
The operator may change a program threshold prospectively. A change starts a new accumulator at its published effective time and does not revoke, renumber, or retrospectively create tickets. Participants must review the current rule shown on Connect or Raffles before submitting new work. A manual ticket may be issued only as a logged correction or authorised promotion under rules published for the affected round; it must not be used to manipulate a result. When a prize is granted, the completed ticket population and any interim active-round entries are archived, the reset is recorded, and the replacement round starts every participant at zero.
The 30-day Daily Check-In permits one claim per Johannesburg calendar day and pauses, rather than resets, after a missed day. Its five-day bands award 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 13 normal Weekly entries per claim for a total of 200 normal entries. Days 10 and 20 each award 10 additional unique seven-digit Golden entries. Day 30 starts a 24-hour 0% Weekly raffle-allocation window for work accepted during that exact interval. The waiver is prospective, applies only to Weekly ports, and does not remove the one-hour mining requirement or other eligibility rules.
LoveMedia Foundation NPC is the recorded prize-fund manager. The operator's independent audit process selects a winner at random from the final eligible population after cutoff, and the authorised result is entered into the platform with an audit reference. The application does not perform the random selection. Public results mask wallet addresses; the winner is contacted using the registered email address.
No winner will be required to pay an additional amount to claim a valid prize. Once a lawful result is determined, the winner's right to the prize is not subject to an undisclosed condition. A winner may be asked only for verification reasonably required by law, the published rules, or secure delivery. If a program cannot lawfully operate in a territory, it is unavailable there. We may suspend a round before its closing time for legal or integrity reasons and will publish the treatment of affected entries and allocations.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use malware, compromised equipment, stolen electricity, unauthorised cloud or rental accounts, denial-of-service traffic, protocol abuse, false identities, automated account creation, ticket manipulation, duplicate-share replay, exploitation of defects, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful source of mining power or funds. You must not probe private systems or interfere with another participant.
We may reject invalid work, rate-limit requests, block abusive network addresses, preserve evidence, and report suspected unlawful conduct. Security researchers should stop testing before accessing personal data or impairing service and report the issue through support.
9. Availability, changes, and risk
Mining software, networks, upstream services, internet routes, power, protocol rules, and Monero itself may fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular hashrate, share rate, block rate, exchange value, or profitability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may disconnect miners.
We may modify the service and these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting fees, allocations, eligibility, privacy, or dispute rights will be published before they take effect and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is supplied with reasonable care and skill but otherwise on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to a probabilistic mining service. We are not liable for market-price movement, expected-profit loss, third-party miner defects, an incorrect wallet supplied by you, loss of wallet keys, unlawful mining equipment use, network congestion, or services outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that South African consumer law or another applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited. Any limitation is subject to your non-waivable statutory rights.
11. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Submit a complaint through Support with the affected account, approximate timestamp, route, and transaction or ticket reference. Do not submit wallet secrets. We will investigate ledger and technical records and may request reasonable verification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or regulator jurisdiction, the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. Before litigation, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written support correspondence.
12. General
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful restructuring or service transfer with appropriate notice and data protection; you may not transfer an account or ticket without written approval.
These Terms, the referenced policies, and program-specific rules are the entire public agreement for the service. Program-specific rules control only for that program; these Terms control otherwise. Contact us through the support form.
