1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small value stored by a website in your browser. Session cookies expire after a defined period or when removed; persistent cookies remain until their expiry. First-party cookies are controlled by the site you visit. Similar browser storage can serve related purposes.
2. Our current cookie inventory

As of this policy date, XMR.gives does not deploy analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, social-media, or third-party embedded-content cookies. Selecting "Accept all" therefore does not currently activate an additional tracking category. If that changes, the new non-essential technology will be blocked until the required consent is obtained and this table is updated.
3. Necessary and optional storage
Strictly necessary storage supports security, login, network management, and your privacy choice and is used without optional consent where the law permits. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent access to public pages. Blocking all cookies in browser settings prevents sign-in because the authentication cookie cannot be stored.
Optional cookies, if introduced, will remain off until you make an informed, specific choice. Accept and essential-only controls receive comparable prominence. Withdrawing optional consent will be as easy as giving it and will not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
Use the Cookie settings control in the site footer at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Deleting the preference cookie makes the panel appear again; deleting the session cookie signs you out. Browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change current behaviour because we do not run behavioural analytics or advertising trackers.
