Operational policy

This is a PPLNS pool: a mining payout is possible only when the pool finds a block while your qualifying shares remain in the payout window. You can mine for hours without receiving XMR, but raffle tickets still build after one hour: every 300 good shares up to 5 kH/s, 600 up to 12 kH/s, or 1,000 above 12 kH/s.
