Your hardware computes RandomX work. The upstream service accounts for that work and converts the mining value into PEPE; XMR.gives then allocates the received PEPE across miners by accepted difficulty.

No PPLNS window, six-hour clock, or minimum hashrate. Every newly loaded earnings batch is divided by accepted difficulty.

PEPE balances

Your dashboard shows gross PPS share, the 5% pool fee, net PEPE, withdrawals, and transaction references.
